Jan. 1945 ad for Bell & Howell‘s “Eyemo” line of professional motion picture cameras, which were used by members of the United States Army Air Corps’ Camera Combat Unit F for aerial cinematography defense during World War II; according to the advertisement. The “Eyemo” motion picture camera outfits were used by the United States Armed Forces’ photographic units and various U.S. newsreel cinematographers for eyewitness/combat footage accounts during World War II.
